The Insights menu contains a list of reports that can be accessed in our BI environment. The reports use the same transaction and matching data as visible in the other components of the app, but they allow fully customizable reports to be created quickly. The reports can be filtered per role, making the report only visible to users if they have the specific role. Additionally it is also possible to create an authoring environment, allowing the user to generate his own reports.
By default, data on this page is updated directly with other data in the platform. If additional performance optimizations would improve user experience, reach out to support@actuals.io to understand the synchronization process as it is set up for your environment.
If the journalizing engine has been activated for your environment you will have access to the “General Ledger Dashboard”.
