Pay.nl is a Payment Service Provider (PSP) that processes hundreds of thousands of online and in-store payments daily for over 15,000 web stores. They ensure secure transactions by routing payments through the Pay.nl Foundation.
In the new app
- Store API/SFTP secrets under Import › Setup › Credentials (use Create Credential).
- Attach the credential to a PSP Source under Import › Setup › Sources.
- Monitor ingestion under Import › Files.
Creating a Pay.nl user
- Sign in to your pay.nl environment with your administrator user.
- Create an additional user in the Pay environment. Pay provides information on how an additional user can be added within the Pay platform https://docs.pay.nl/merchants#merchant_employees. You can use accounts@actuals.io for the newly created user.
- Please inform your Actuals implementation consultant when the user has been created.
Actuals will use this user to create an SFTP connection between the Pay.nl and Actuals platform for automated data exchange. After setup, credentials live under Import › Setup › Credentials, sources under Import › Setup › Sources, and file status under Import › Files.
