The Actuals Live connector to Exact online enables daily imports of all Exact payments into the Actuals Live platform. To achieve this, a link made available by the platform needs to be opened and Exact credentials need to be provided. No additional steps are required to facilitate the connecting and allow daily import of data. At all times the user interface can be used to revoke access such that no data can be collected by Actuals. The steps below illustrate how to use the link and after connecting successfully, revoke access if needed
User access
Opening the link provided by the Actuals Platform results in a login screen from Exact being opened.
When logging, the same credentials should be used that are used when login in directly. Note that if you are already logged in in Exact in your browser, you will only be prompted to give permission:
Next step is to check the boxes and give permission by clicking the (blue) button
A successfull results in the screen below
No additional step are required. From this point forward, Actuals can collect information from your Exact environment.
Revoking access
To schedule the payments and account report go to My apps Marketplace > My apps.
Then click Security Center (Beveiligingscentrum in Dutch) and scroll down. The page should show Actuals Live as one of the apps given permission to. The Revoke (Intrekken) link can be used to revoke access for the Actuals Live environment.
To validate that no connection can be made, make sure that the Actuals Live application is no longer listed in connected apps.
