The Insights menu contains a list of reports that can be accessed in our BI environment. The reports use the same transaction and matching data as visible in the other components of the app, but they allow fully customizable reports to be created quickly. The reports can be filtered per role, making the report only visible to users if they have the specific role. Additionally it is also possible to create an authoring environment, allowing the user to generate his own reports.
The Insights environment require a sync of the data with the existing transaction and matching data. As a result there can be cases where the data in the report differs from the data shown in the other components of the web app, though typically the delay is not more than 1 day.
