The Actuals platform uses roles to define the actions users can do on the platform. Users can be assigned multiple rows and actions are allowed if any of the roles has the permissions to perform the action. The user management section can be accessed by navigating to the item on the top right corner. The page is only available to users with the user admin role

The roles at the top of the page can be clicked to filter all users on that specific role. The pencil icon per user can be used to edit the properties of the user and/or make the user change his password at the next login.
