The Actuals - Payoneer connector enables import of Payoneer Account Statement reports for reconciliation and financial reporting in the Actuals platform. To achieve this, Payoneer needs to publish these reports periodically on an SFTP server. The steps below illustrate how to get this information exchanges and let Actuals to collect the data periodically.

Setup the Actuals Payoneer Integration

Prerequisites

  • Admistrator access to Payoneer User Interface
  • Rights to request an SFTP server at your Payoneer Account representative on behalf of your company

Step 1: Requesting an SFTP Server from Payoneer

To obtain an SFTP server from Payoneer, please contact your Payoneer Account Representative.
Payoneer offers various types of export files to the SFTP server. For matching purposes, we require the following exports:
  • Account Statement Report - This report contains all mutations happening on your account in a given period.
To ensure that you have a comprehensive historical dataset, we recommend requesting Payoneer to generate exports for the past periods as well. For at least 1 more period than you expect to need for the reconciliation.

Step 2: Sharing SFTP credentials with Actuals

Once Payoneer has set up your SFTP server, you will receive the following information:
  • Username
  • Password
  • Hostname
  • Port (likely to be 22)
If Payoneer requests additional information please contact your Actuals implementation consultant. Please share this information with your Actuals implementation consultant, who will use it to establish the necessary data retrieval connections.
