Granting access
To extract transactional data from the Worldpay platform, reach out to your Worldpay account manager for SFTP access. With this access, its possible to download statement files periodically
Typically files are available for a limited amount of time on the server. Therefore, the account manager also needs to make sure that historical data is provided in a manual, separate file. This file can be used in the same source as the created Worldpay source on the Actuals platform
When the credentials are received, they can be added as External SFTP credentials in the Actuals platform
Configuring the platform
A Worldpay connector is available that works out of the box with the files that are downloaded for the Worldpay SFTP server. Apart from matching logic, no additional configuration is needed.
